Are these prices VAT-inclusive?+
No — headline prices are quoted excluding VAT. Your invoice itemises the ex-VAT subtotal and adds 15% SA VAT separately, in line with SARS requirements.
What's included in the per-flyer rate?+
GPS-verified door-to-door distribution, dress-coded promoters, photo proof, route heatmap and a branded PDF report. Printing is a separate add-on.
How quickly can a campaign start?+
Standard lead time is 3–5 working days from quote approval. Express turnaround (24–48h) is available on Growth tier and above for a 15% surcharge.
Do you guarantee delivery?+
Every package includes a coverage SLA. If a zone is missed, our re-drop guarantee covers it at no extra cost on Scale and Enterprise tiers.
